Deer Girl......dear girl

In the Treemakers story that I am writing I have happened upon the heroine.
Presenting:
The Deer Girl!
Here is a version of her and the Treemakers blended together. They have roses carved on their belly.
I have also made a true sculpture of the Deer Girl as she is illustrated in the story but she has yet to be photographed...maybe she is a little shy?
I will post pics of the final glazed version of this blended piece later this weekend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
Can't wait to see the finished piece!

Are you active in any online clay groups? If so (or even if not) are there any that you'd recommend?

Cant wait to see how these progress! Did you ever see the deer girl doll I made? I have to look and see if I have any photos somewhere, she was one of my favorites. I swear our minds play in the same fairy pools at night!
