I am awaiting the verdict on your carrot cake!! I too have a 'no-fail' recipe (inherited from my Great Aunt upon her death...) and adore the stuff!! Our wedding cake was Carrot Cake w/ cream cheese frosting!

This cake is definitely not something we would have but once a year....Martha does not scrimp on butter, sugar or eggs. This cake is evil wrapped in a pretty package but oh! so delicious.
